Product Sales and Payment Terms

Charter and Service Booking Terms

Booking & Payment
All bookings for guided tours or services require a deposit, or full payment, at the time of reservation to secure your slot. Confirmation will be sent via email. Remaining balances are due prior to departure or service commencement as agreed at booking. We accept various payment methods, detailed during the booking process.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations made 72 hours prior to the scheduled service will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours may incur a fee or forfeiture of deposit. In the event of adverse weather conditions deemed unsafe by the Captain, tours will be rescheduled at no additional cost or a full refund will be issued. Customer no-shows will result in forfeiture of payment.

Customer Responsibilities & Safety
Participants are responsible for adhering to all safety instructions provided by Marina Lure staff or charter captains. This includes wearing appropriate safety gear when mandated. Marina Lure reserves the right to refuse service to any individual whose conduct poses a risk to themselves or others. All participants must disclose any relevant medical conditions prior to departure.
